A complete residential real estate site for a fictional Buffalo agent, built from a design system rather than a template. The listing pages are structured the way an IDX feed actually arrives, and the MLS display rules — attribution, disclaimer, withheld addresses, fields that may never be shown — are enforced in code instead of left to whoever edits the page.
Rachel Moretti is a fictional agent — the brokerage, listings, prices, statistics and reviews are all invented, no property shown is for sale, and the site is deliberately kept out of search results. A live build for a real agent would need their broker's IDX authorization and a compliance review before launch.
Ridgeway Heating & Cooling
A custom WordPress theme built from scratch for a fictional Buffalo HVAC contractor. Six services across sixteen Western New York towns generate ninety-six landing pages, each one written around what the housing stock in that town is actually like — plus HVACBusiness schema, 24/7 emergency call handling, and a quote form that accepts a photo of the rating plate.

Larkin & Vine
A custom WordPress theme built from scratch for a fictional Larkinville restaurant. Every dish is a structured record with its own price and dietary tags — which is what lets the same content render the menu page, feed Google's Restaurant and Menu structured data, and stay editable by a manager on a Tuesday afternoon.

A fully custom WordPress theme built from scratch as a concept for a community/ministry-style organization — no page builders, no generic templates. Clean PHP, performance-focused, and easy for non-technical staff to manage.
